New Managing Directors in Brazil

Brazil's new MDs strengthen ºÚÁÏÃÅ position in software and technology use as business strategy

ºÚÁÏÃÅ Brazil has announced a transition concerning the Managing Director role, led by Ronaldo Ferraz for the past two years. From now, the role will be shared by Caroline Cintra and Gabriela Guerra, who were already part of of the global leadership team. Ronaldo Ferraz will now be ºÚÁÏÃÅ' Chief Capability Officer.

Caroline Cintra has a master's degree in Computer Science obtained from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and over 14 year experience in technology business, having worked in Oracle, DBServer and HP before joining ºÚÁÏÃÅ Brazil. Caroline became a Thoughtworker in 2011, having acted as Business Analyst and Project Manager in addition to leading several people development initiatives until 2013, when she became General Manager at ºÚÁÏÃÅ Porto Alegre.

Gabriela Guerra graduated in Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, worked with stock exchanging at XP Investimentos, trabalhou human resources at Dell, digital marketing at Winehouse and project management at Perestroika. In 2012, she co-founded Porto Alegre Como Vamos movement and joined ºÚÁÏÃÅ in 2013 as Business Analyst. Since march 2014 she is a part of Brazil's leadership team as Social and Economic Justice. In 2015, Gabriela was the first brazilian woman to be recognized as a Woman of Silicon Valley. Later this year, she joined ºÚÁÏÃÅ global leadership team to work with recruitment strategy, people development and company's cultural issues.

Following up to the statement, Gabriela Guerra adds: "in a near future, there won't be room for business that see technology apart from their business strategy. ºÚÁÏÃÅ is ready to be a partner to organizations that want to take a step further."
