Shouldn’t technology exist without inherent biases and discrimination? At ºÚÁÏÃÅ, we’ve been working towards making technology more inclusive for the past six years. While we’re still far from where we would like to be, we know we’re going in the right direction.
Earlier this year, we hosted a webinar titled, ‘I Am a Technologist, Not a Female Technologist.’ The speakers, Dr Rebecca Parsons, ºÚÁÏÃÅ CTO, and Dr Susan Davis-Ali, Vice President of Organizational Transformation at the Anita Borg Institute explored what it means to be a female technologist today, and how organizations and individuals can make technology a more inclusive, welcoming home for all—so that gender is no longer part of the conversation.
