is an Airflow plugin designed to provide more native support for dbt core workflows in Airflow. With the plugin installed, when DbtDag is used to wrap a dbt workflow, it turns dbt nodes into Airflow tasks/task groups, allowing engineers to visualize dbt dependency graphs and their execution progress directly in the Airflow UI. It also supports using Airflow connections instead of dbt profiles, potentially reducing configuration sprawl. We're experimenting with the tool for its potential to make working with dbt in Airflow more seamless.
